RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless the fault was ours.

All items are customized with care therefore we currently do not accept returns or exchanges but please contact us if you have any problems with your order so that we can hopefully resolve the issue.


CANCELLATIONS

Our team works hard to ensure that you have your items out in a timely fashion so we start the creation process immediately after placing the order. If you need to cancel the transaction, feel free to contact us within 10 hours upon purchasing.

Paypal keeps your payment information secure. Before purchasing please ensure that your shipping address is up to date through PayPal.

SHIPPING
Our current turnaround time is about 3-5 business days upon ordering. Every item we make is custom made from the heart. Expedited shipping upgrades do not change production time they only speed up the shipping process.
All Bracelets will be shipped Priority and takes estimated 2-3 business days upon purchasing.

Due to Covid 19/CoronaVirus pandemic shipping times are slightly delayed. Your packages are still shipping out very carefully and wiped down with care. I am limiting my post office runs to one to two times a week.
